By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept the return and refund conditions described below. Should a product need to be returned, the applicable guidelines are detailed for clarity and ease.  

Conditions for Return Eligibility  

To qualify for a return, products must remain in unused condition and must not show signs of washing, wear, or modification. Items should be returned exactly as they were received.  

  • All original tags, labels, packaging materials, and boxes must be included and intact.  
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or tampered with will not be considered eligible.  
  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours from the date the order is delivered.  
  • Customers are required to contact our support team within the specified timeframe to initiate the return process.  
  • Any item failing to meet the above criteria will be declined and sent back without processing.  

Steps to Request a Return  

Step 1: Submit Your Request    
Send an email requesting the return, clearly mentioning your Order ID along with the reason for the return, to contact@wearfusionz.com.  

Step 2: Provide Evidence (If Applicable)    
If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear and well-lit photographs that clearly show the issue. This helps speed up verification.  

Step 3: Receive Return Instructions    
After reviewing your request, our team will share detailed instructions on how to send the item back once approval is granted.  

Please note that any return request that does not align with our stated conditions may be declined at our discretion.  

Refund Review and Processing Timeline  

Upon receiving the returned item, our quality team will carefully examine it to ensure compliance with our return standards. You will be informed via email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund amount will be issued to the original mode of payment used during checkout within 5–7 business days. A confirmation message will be sent once the refund has been successfully processed.  

Partial Refund Policy  

In situations where returned items do not fully comply with return requirements—such as missing packaging, minor wear, or incomplete components—we reserve the right to issue a partial refund. The final refund value will be determined solely at our discretion based on the condition of the returned product.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries  

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
