Serviceable Locations  

We currently ship orders to all serviceable pin codes within India. At present, international shipping services are not available, and orders can only be delivered to domestic addresses.  

Order Processing Duration  

After successful order placement and confirmation, purchases are generally prepared and processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and recognized public holidays.  

Once the processing stage is complete, you will receive an order confirmation notification containing relevant shipping details.  

Estimated Delivery Time  

Following dispatch, standard delivery timelines usually range between 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and courier operations. Our goal is to ensure your products reach you safely and within the estimated timeframe.  

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts  

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as inaccurate address information, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment center. In such cases, customers may contact us to arrange a re-delivery, subject to applicable conditions.  

Damaged or Missing Orders  

If your package is delivered in a damaged condition, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear photographic proof for verification.  

In the event that an order is confirmed as lost during transit, we will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate the issue and, once verified, initiate an appropriate replacement or refund as per our internal policies.
